- Pets cannot be left in the house alone unless they are left in the crate - Pets should be included in the guest count when booking - Quiet hours after 10PM - Do not move large furniture - No glass should be used outside. We have cute acrylic glasses and plates for you to use - No shoes in the house are highly recommended. Our cleaners are amazing! - For stays over 2 weeks, extra mid-stay clean is required for additional (discounted) charge.

POOL - There is an extra charge for heating the pool ($30/day) - Attached spa shares the same heater. Temperature cannot go over 87 degrees Fahrenheit. PET POLICY - Pets should not be left alone in the house unless left in the crate - Max 2 pets allowed ESSENTIALS - You can expect a starter supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, body wash, shampoo, and hair conditioner. Starter supplies are not unlimited supplies. - Beach towels, a beach blanket, a wagon, and beach chairs are available.
